Activities
I play the flute in a fun querky band, Freddie Fuddpucker and His Rolling Clones. The group is made up of ex-North Vancouver Youth Band members. We play in parades and community events. We have been invited up to Williams Lake for the stampede, to 100 mile house for their community days, and Gibsons on the Sunshine Coast for their community days as well.
Mountain Biking/cycling. This is my favorite way to stay in shape.

- Kettle Valley Railway this is a great series of quiet and easy trails in BC to cycle. A great way to spend a vacation.
