Restoration work nears
completion on Sphinx
Archeologists have recently finished restoring part of the Sphinx to its original state. It is quite clear now that not only was the cat sacred in Egypt, but the llama was also revered.
Speculation is rampant now that llamas were used to haul the stones used in building the pyramids.
Llamas are still revered in Mount Lehman.
